Capitol Hill Seattle

Capitol Hill is a bustling, hip neighborhood within walking distance of Downtown. A stroll up Pine Street about 10 blocks past the convention center will take you to Broadway Street. This is a major street on Capitol Hill where you can find a hip dive bar Seattle natives come specifically for. The eastern border of this area, which has some of the hottest Seattle nightlife is bordered by 1-5 and the steep hill that you have to climb up if you're coming up, say, Madison Street.

Adjacent to the park is the Lake View cemetery. This is where many of the city"s pioneers who have parks, streets and buildings named after them are laid to rest.

From the funky shops offering everything from ethnic imports, to used clothing shops, to the type of themed bar Seattle is known to have in this area, there is plenty to do in this part of town. Whether you like the wild nights of dancing at Neighbours or lounging in the hip Capitol Club, this neighborhood is the sort of place you could spend hours and never get bored, day or night. You could spend hours in the various stores, enjoy a late lunch or an early dinner and a drink at one of the Capitol Hill Bars, then dance the night away in a cool Seattle club.

Get away from the typical tourist areas like the waterfront and the Space Needle and come discover the real Seattle. The hip night life that gave birth to the grunge scene that exploded in the early 90s is still alive. Seattle"s night life starts and ends here, from the swanky bars to the cool private after parties that last till the wee hours of the morning. Your best bet to attend one of these is to just get out there and meet people.

Eating, shopping, dancing, and people watching are things which make Capitol Hill such a popular and well-known Seattle neighborhood. You will find a visit to a Seattle club an interesting occasion.
